🏆 Member of the year 🏆
Eccleshall CrossFit would like to wish a huge congratulations to Tom Hall, our Member of the Year!
Tom has been consistent all year round and while he will not be winning this award for his time keeping, expect Tom to rock up 1 minute past class time with his infamous coffee cup and knitwear. Tom not only gives his all in all classes, he also has an active interest in what we do inside the gym, often asking why we are doing what we do and the benefits of it.
Tom has seen great progress from not only efforts inside the gym, but by being head strong and his can do attitude, all the time while focusing on what he does outside and his nutrition.
🏆 Spirit of the box 🏆
The spirit of the box award is an award from the members to another member who fully embodies the spirit and values of ECF. They are kind, encouraging and want to help everyone 'Learn, Develop, and Grow'!
We are proud to announce our spirit of the box for 2025 is Buffy Hall. Here are some of the lovely reasons why the community voted for Buffy:

🎄 Christmas Workout Social 🎄
On the 7th of December we will have our annual Christmas Social workout, expect games, a fun workout and some Christmas Spirit. There will be one class on that day at 09:00.
Fancy dress or Christmas fancy dress is encouraged.

The box will be closed Sunday the 8th of December following the Christmas Social.

New Additions
There is no time like Christmas for new toys and we have some exciting new items in the gym.
Expect a new delivery team of some heavy new toys, these will be some heavy sand bags to replace the old sand bags, ranging from 20kg to 80kg.
We also now have an additional toilet upstairs next to HJOsteo, we hope this will ease congestion in the mornings and at busy times.
CrossFit ECF Winter Comp
We are hoping you are getting excited for our upcoming ECF in house winter comp. With an updated date of 18th of January, this will be a mixed sex pairs.
Come in, compete and cheer on your other gym friends!!!
