For most newcomers to CrossFit, we advise our Foundations Course where you'll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit movements, methodologies and concepts behind what we do. This course is beneficial for people with limited training or Olympic Weightlifting experience.

What is the Foundations Course?

This 4-session course will teach you the different movements to take part in our CrossFit classes. Our experienced coaches will show you the correct techniques and guide you to a position where you can confidently and safely move into classes.
