Member of the Month

A huge Congratulations from the team to our Member of the month - Bryony!

All the coaches have had opportunity to coach Bryony, and have seen the development in both CrossFit & Olympic Lifting classes thanks to her commitment over the past few months. Bryony took a short break from CrossFit to go travelling but immediately rejoined us when she was home and her positive attitude towards training hasn’t changed.

Despite having to navigate through an injury, Bryony has always been receptive of coaching and consistent with her rehab, enabling her to make progress and take part in the CrossFit Open. We can all appreciate the frustration that comes with injuries, yet Bryony has never let it affect her attitude towards training. All of the coaches agree that she has continued to be a delight to coach.

As well as taking part in the CrossFit Open, Bryony has managed to push herself into a podium finish at our first In-House comp at ECF.

We look forward to watching you continue to develop and be a huge part of this community!

Coach Ben will be holding a brief on 14th April at Central Staffs Crossfit at 14:00 to go over finer details regarding the challenge and it’s essential that you attend if you’re interested in taking part (if there’s any issues attending the brief, please let Ben know).
