Team ECF Newsletter -March 2024

Member of the Month

Congratulations to David Talbot – our March Member of the Month!

David arrives to every session with an open mind and the determination to complete whatever’s thrown at him. He is always positive and is a pleasure to coach - Grateful for feedback and present in the room with a ‘can do’ attitude!

It has been noticed that David’s ability to move a barbell efficiently has greatly improved recently and we’re happy to see a confidence in him attacking workouts with lots of barbell cycling!

Keep up the good work David, we’re excited to see you progress throughout 2024!

✨The CrossFit Open 2024✨

We got off to a great start last weekend as we tackled 24.1. Huge well done to all of you for giving all you had to a challenging WOD! A couple of reminders: We are running the open for the next two Saturday mornings 09:00-11:00 - book your spot on Boxmate and we will see you there (please arrive with plenty of time to get warmed up). Secondly, Harm, our in house Osteo is offering 10% off treatments until the 24th March.

CrossFit Kids has arrived at ECF!

Thank you to all who have got the little people in your life involved on our CrossFit kids classes! They have gone down a storm so far. These classes are for children aged 9+ and are ran on Tuesdays 16:30 - 17:30.

To book kids onto the CrossFit kids class, your TeamUp account will need converting to a family account. If you need help with this just drop us an email (team@eccleshallcrossfit.com)
