Member of the Month
Congratulations, Lauren! Our May Member of the Month!
Lauren always turns up to classes with a super positive attitude and always has a friendly face when welcoming new members, supporting everyone in their workouts.
Lauren is a pleasure to coach and always takes on feedback on how to improve her technique which has shown massively in the improvement of her Olympic lifting recently.
Lauren has also regularly attended Tribal Clash Comp Classes, working towards competing in August with her team, during which she is improving her rope climbs and sandbag work. All the coaches are really impressed with your progress recently Lauren, well done and keep up the good work!
🗺️ Charity Walk 🗺️
Thank you so much to those that came or supported our charity hike, it was a great day out and we managed to raise over £500 for Macmillan Cancer Research.
⛰️ Welsh 3000s⛰️
On the 6th July, members of ECF and CSC are tackling the Welsh 3000’s challenge. In order to complete the challenge you are required to have been at the top of all 15 of the mountains over 3000 ft in Wales within the space of 24 hours, without using any form of transport. (😵)
We will be raising money for our charity partners, BTG.

New Class!
Endurance classes are landing at ECF! These will be taking place 19:30 - 20:30 on Tuesday nights beginning on 4th June. Book your spot via BoxMate or use the link below.
Revised Class Schedule
Starting from week beginning 17th June, we will be trialing additional classes on Wednesday and Friday mornings, running WODs at 0600-0700 & 0700-0800. This is whilst we have the lighter mornings however if they are popular we will look to extend this beyond the summer period.
